THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW.

Fellow Comrades we all have seen the report of Abia State governor T A  Orji sacking non-indigenes working in Abia state. This is another height  of insensitivity of Nigeria leadership Faliure. 


The people of Nigeria will say no this nonsensical act perpetuated by a leader who suppose to be father of all ,even when he sorted for the vote of those he sacked, during his election campaign period. 


We must not allow this act to go on protested because if allow to stay other state governor’s could follow his foot step which may cause more hardship to the people of Nigeria. 


This will take us back to the visit of  Mrs. Clinton to Nigeria,she blamed Nigeria’s woes on failure of governance at all levels, that is, local, state and federal. According to the US Secretary of States, at all levels of governance in Nigeria, there is corruption and mismanagement.

Can the governor of Abia state tell Nigerian’s if he is playing out the so called federal character that has been used to bring in all manners of unknown act that produce nonentities into governance.


 How can a right thinking governor can add to the report which says that , more than 90m Nigerians are still below the poverty level. Many of them living desperately on less than 2 USD per day. To be sure, there are some people in Nigeria who do not have any money or material comfort. 


These people are neither covered by any form of social security nor consoled by the any type of social amenity. They lack the basic things of life: water, food and good accommodation. In general, their standard of living is below acceptable human conditions.

Fellow comrades the problems in Nigeria are not going to be solved or ameliorated if we don’t take care of the stumbling blocks. This sacking of non-indigenes by Gov. T A Orji is another spanner thrown on the wheel against Nigeria development.

Nigerians have been quiet for too long and everybody is after his or her own interests. It shouldn’t be like that. Rather than every man to himself let us all come together and start thinking collectively on how to rescue millions of Nigerian people living hopelessly across the nation. 


Let us not forget too soon that after Nigeria government chased out Ghanaians living in Nigeria,they went home and built a formidable country which all Nigerians are running to today.


Their country is now one of the most prosperous countries in Africa.

Therefore we the masses of this country have the honour to take up this challenge,by being part of this movement and  challenge the status quo.

To quote John F. Kennedy  he said;If we make peaceful revolution impossible, we make violent revolution inevitable.

In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce and brave man, hated and scorned.

When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot. Let us not wait to join be part of this change now.
